¶ How to filter and download search results
Filter the results to keep only the structures you need, then download them or their data.
Prerequisites: you ran a search and the Search Results page is open.
- Click Filter. The filter panel opens on the right.
- Set the filters, for example Method, Species or a Resolution range. Click Apply.
- Optionally, select the rows you want with their checkboxes. With nothing selected, the actions apply to all filtered results.
- Click Download and choose a format, for example Structure table (xlsx) or Structures (zip) - mmCIF files.
Result: your browser downloads the file.
- See more data in the table: click the settings (gear) icon in the table header and show more columns, for example Space group or R-value free. The downloaded structure table doesn't follow these choices: it has its own set of columns.
- Keep the structures instead of downloading them: click Add to Project. See Projects.
- Clear the filters: in the filter panel, click Reset.
