First, what is 3decision all about?
3decision is a web-based protein structure repository that allows you to register, manage, and analyse both proprietary and public, experimental and in silico structures. Once the structures are registered you can easily browse, search, compare structures, generate compound ideas, share ideas and run advanced queries to support your design ideas.

¶ How to navigate in this user guide
¶ Title/Subtitle search
Type at least two characters in the text field near the loop on the top of the wiki page to start searching. It will give you all the pages that contains this word.
¶ Browse by Tags
To easy your search, we added tags to each page. To search pages through tags, click on the label icon right to the search field at the top of the wiki page. Then select the tag you want to search for.
¶ 3decision Homepage
Above you have an overview of the 3decision homepage. From this page, you can quickly access your Projects or start a basic text search on any type of query you would like to put in the Search Bar.
- Homepage: access this homepage from anywhere in the application
- Advanced Search: allows you to perform advanced combined text and chemistry queries
- Chemistry Search allows you to perform exact match, similarity and substructure searches
- Projects: access the list of all projects you have access to
- Workspace: access an open workspace in 3decision containing either data from your project you opened before or data you opened from a previous search
- Search results: access the results of any query
- Help: access this documentation
- Feedback: send us comments, feature requests, bug reports or any other feedback
- My profile: adjust your user profile, access API documentation, find your already uploaded structures, set and/or look at your access rights to projects and structures
- Search: initiate a search for a structure code, protein name, title, biomolecule code or smiles
